  2. Project Name and Project Type – family, friends, birthday, party, holiday, other. Your own types under Settings › Projects › Project Categories.
  3. The Face protection assistant asks:
    • who should not be recognisable – nobody automatically, certain people, everyone except certain people, or all faces
    • exactly who (from your subjects) – Use this selection
    • how faces should be made unrecognisable – blur, pixelate, hide
    • optionally, to recognise all faces and create subjects
  4. Done – import photos opens your photos.

You can Skip the assistant and run it again later under Customize Project.

Importing photos

In the project, Import Photos. Up to 20 photos at a time – fewer when storage is low. Blurami then looks for the faces on the iPhone; your photos do not leave it for that. The originals in your Photos app stay unchanged.

Customize Project

The gear in the project:

Read-only

If you are over your plan’s limit, only the project you edited last stays editable. The others are Read-only: viewing, exporting, deleting and ignoring work – editing does not. Nothing is deleted.
